 The kichler Lighitng  Direct- Wire 3LT Xenon 10581WH plastic cover would slide on and off the fixture  to change the light bulb.

Q How do you get the plastic cover off so you can access the bulbs?

You can remove the plastic cover to change the light bulb by placing your fingers on the lip and pressing slightly, then it will swing open
